Your privacy in GolDay

Your personal workspace

GolDay stores account details and the information you enter: tasks, meetings, contacts, ventures, learning, daily reviews and preferences. This information powers your workspace. Personal learning and reviews are optional.

Sign-in infrastructure is shared with Gold Plus. Separate permissions restrict personal workspace content to your account. Infrastructure administrators have technical access; the membership dashboard does not display task or learning content.

Optional connections

Company tasks are imported from Gold Plus only after you connect and approve. Reporting progress requires separate approval. Daily reviews and personal notes are not sent to the company.

For Google Calendar, the server reads events from the iCal URL you provide. The URL is stored encrypted. GolDay does not write or change events in Google. Disconnect the calendar in settings.

Email and notifications

Resend is used for account email, enquiries, daily summaries and incoming task email. Summaries go to your verified account address when enabled in settings. Do not forward files or information you do not want processed by the service.

Device notifications require browser permission and use the browser's delivery service. The default text is generic. Choosing to show event or task titles may reveal them on a lock screen. Notifications can be disabled per device.

Payment and membership

Card details are entered directly into the secure Nedarim Plus form for Nahal Adanecha, institution 7008926. GolDay sends order details, name, phone and email to the provider and stores amounts, coupons, agreement IDs and charge confirmations to manage membership. Full card numbers and CVV are not stored in GolDay.

Storage, backups and preferences

The website runs on Vercel and data is stored in Supabase. Essential cookies support sign-in, language preferences and resuming checkout. This version does not send workspace content to an AI service and does not include advertising or marketing tracking.

Automatic server recovery points are retained for seven days. An encrypted operational copy may be retained separately for up to 14 days. Personal export and restore are available in settings. Connection credentials and passwords are excluded from personal backup files.

Enquiries, feedback and closing a workspace

Enquiry forms send your name, phone and email to the service inbox. Spam protection uses keyed hashes and delivery IDs for a limited period. Pilot feedback and your account email are visible to the service administrator. Do not include passwords, private calendar URLs or sensitive personal content.

In settings you can export data, disconnect services and clear the workspace. To request closing a GolDay workspace, or ask about or correct information, contact INFO@goldpl.us. Tell us if you also use Gold Plus so the shared sign-in identity can be handled appropriately.
